Endurance Estates in partnership with Marshall Group Properties are delighted to have received resolution to grant planning permission for 1,200 new homes and two schools at land north of Cherry Hinton, Cambridge. 40% of the new homes will be affordable and the site will also include retail space, outdoor play areas, allotments and a community centre.
