Tim Holmes
Tim, who founded and heads Endurance Estate, has over 25 years of real estate experience and has successfully completed more than 7.5 million ft2 of development and investment projects worth in excess of £2 billion, within the Eastern region. Tim has obtained planning permission for over 1000 residential units. He launched Endurance Estates in 2008 to be a regionally focused property group with activities in development, investment and land promotion.
Tim was previously a founding director of Wrenbridge, which he established in 1993 and in which he sold his shares in 2007 in order to focus his attentions on Endurance Estates. Tim established the company as one of the leading property companies in the region, specialising in distribution, industrial, office, business park and mixed use development, land promotion and investment. Particular projects include the development of Cambourne Business Park, Hinchingbrooke Business Park and various office buildings and parks in Solihull and Birmingham. The successful acquisition and asset management of the 95,000ft2 Octagon Building in Colchester, and various other investment acquisitions including The White House Industrial Estate Ipswich. The acquisition ,promotion and sale of 4 acres of land for 60 residential units in Mildenhall and 17 acres for 100 units in Newmarket.
Tim and his family live in South Cambridgeshire. Tim started his career as a surveyor at Debenham Tewson & Chinnocks in London before moving to Cambridge and Tartan International Ltd where he was development director until 1993. Tim was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Land Management from University of Reading and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

- Office buildings in Solihull, Edgbaston, Colchester, Central Birmingham and Cambridge.
- Investment properties including ground rent portfolios in Ipswich, Sandy, an office building in Cambridge, industrial estates in Ipswich and Norwich and a multi-let office in Colchester.
- Land Promotion schemes in Mildenhall, Newmarket and Ipswich obtaining planning for 1,000 units and selling land with consent for 500 residential units.
