Ben Hooton
Ben Hooton is the Planning Director at Endurance Estates. Ben has worked in the planning sector for 15 years and has experience of obtaining planning permission for a large number of complex development projects across the UK. Having previously worked as a Planning Director for DTZ and Turley Associates, Ben has been successful in promoting development in the residential, retail, commercial, industrial, energy, health and leisure sectors. Ben has worked closely with a number of national housebuilders, national retail operators, private development companies and international energy and utilities companies.
Ben is responsible for all of Endurance Estates Strategic Land’s planning work. Ben’s main role is to appraise the development potential of land, to prepare a strategy to promote sites through the planning process and to manage that process.
Ben obtained an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science at Lancaster University and a postgraduate degree at Sheffield University. Ben is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. He is married and lives in the Midlands.
