Endurance Estates has assembled a team to deal with it.s specific activities namely commercial and mixed use development, land promotion and strategic sites, development and asset management and property investment. Its team members are either directly employed, act as consultants responsible exclusively for a particular project, or work for Endurance Estates in a non executive/strategic capacity. Nick Tribe

Nick has over 22 years of real estate experience focused on both UK and European investment.

Following a career in institutional property investment at Royal and Sun Alliance Nick was appointed to the post of Portfolio Management Director at Catalyst Capital which was established in 2001 with the acquisition, by the management including Nick, of the European division of Greenwich Group International LLC. The division had grown rapidly since 1996 fuelled by successfully delivering excellent returns against carefully constructed business plans.

Catalyst Capital is an opportunistic property company that purchases and manages a significant portfolio of office, industrial, logistics and retail real estate on behalf of funds under management in partnership with North American and European investors. Nick was the Partner responsible for the asset management of assets between 1998 and 2006.

The objective was maximisation of IRRs through a combination of income and capital growth achieved through intensive asset management and prudent stock selection. Whilst with Catalyst Nick successfully invested in, actively managed and sold out of 18 individual asset and portfolio deals over an 8 year period. The IRR achieved averaged 34.1%.

Nick is a Partner of Endurance Estates (Assets) Ltd the dedicated Asset Management and Investment division of Endurance Estates. He provides strategic property investment advice and helps implement the asset management strategies for many of the Companies joint ventures.

Nick and his family live in Suffolk. Nick was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Land Management from Leicester Polytechnic and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Investment Property Forum.
