Endurance Estates has assembled a team to deal with it.s specific activities namely commercial and mixed use development, land promotion and strategic sites, development and asset management and property investment. Its team members are either directly employed, act as consultants responsible exclusively for a particular project, or work for Endurance Estates in a non executive/strategic capacity. Ted Newton

Ted Newton – St Ives Business Park – Director. Ted is a chartered quantity surveyor following training at the College of Estate Management. Ted runs his own development management business Cambridge Project Management Ltd, and provides strategic and development management input into the St Ives Business Park project.

He has considerable experience in master planning, the implementation of construction projects. He also has considerable residential experience and has constructed a number of residential schemes throughout East Anglia and provides strategic advice to Endurance Estates.
