Endurance Estates acquired unconditionally, a strategic property providing the access into a site that has potential for residential development. Working with 4 landowners, which enables individual sites to be assembled to create one valuable site, Endurance Estates has coordinated the submission of a planning application with all the necessary ecological, archaeology, soil and other technical surveys that are now required for the planning process. They co-ordinated the equalisation agreement between the landowners and are promoting the site through the planning process.

Planning permission has been granted and agents are instructed to market the site to the highest bidder. The landowners, including Endurance Estates with their ownership of the access land, will share in the proceeds.

The landowners get the benefit of working with an experienced land promotion company and do not have to fund the promotional cost of the planning process. Endurance Estates has utilised its in-house cash resources to purchase this strategic site and to capitalise on this attractive opportunity which will appeal to a medium sized regional house builder, despite the economic downturn.

Endurance Estates is able to purchase land with or without planning permission unconditionally and then promote it through the planning process.
