Endurance Estates worked in a joint venture with London based Freshwater group to refurbish this prominent office building in a prime central Cambridge location. The refurbishment of the 9,030 sq ft building was completed to a very high standard including a restaurant, rooftop terrace and 732 sq ft of meeting space.
After completion the building was taken on by US technology giant Apple as a Cambridge based research hub.
