Endurance Estates on behalf of Trinity College, obtained planning permission for a scheme of up to 29 houses on the southern edge of Gamlingay.
An initial scheme was refused permission and then taken to appeal.
In parallel with the appeal, Endurance Estates submitted a revised planning application and successfully negotiated permission in February 2017.
