Endurance Estates obtained planning permission for 199 houses and a care home, on the edge of the village of Melbourn, south of Cambridge.
The scheme, which had an officer’s recommendation for approval, was granted planning permission at appeal in 2016. A housebuilding partner and operator for the care home were selected in 2017.
The site was promoted on behalf of Peterhouse College.
This site has now been sold to Hopkins Homes Limited who will build out the scheme. The care home element has been sold to Octopus Healthcare.
