Endurance Estates has submitted a planning application for a comprehensive redevelopment of the former Pulse Flexible Packaging Company factory at land to the south of Radwinter Road, Saffron Walden, CB11 3HY.
Following a european tender process, Endurance Estates in collaboration with regional construction group RG Carter were selected as development partner to deliver the Forum building as part of the wider Hemel Evolution Regeneration Programme.
The second phase of the Hemel regeneration project following completion of The Forum hub building is the delivery of The Gade Riverside Quarter. This will comprise over 200 residential units and a 6,000 sq ft convenience store.
Endurance Estates identified the potential for a family friendly casual dining offer on a site they controlled as part of the St Ives Business Park.
Endurance Estates acquired a mixed parade of retail units with residential flats above. A major refurbishment was carried out with RG Carter and the flats let on an Assured Short Tenancy basis.
Endurance Estates are particularly interested in schemes where there is a requirement for a public sector office hub which combines a range of government offices together with leisure and restaurants to revitalise the evening economy. We are also interested in student and residential accommodation to encourage people to shop within the town centre.
