With our in-house project management and development management expertise, Endurance Estates are well placed to lead on new mixed use and regeneration schemes. We work with local authorities, government bodies, educational establishments, charities and other landowners to partner and help identify the most appropriate development for an area.

We combine the depth of market knowledge, understanding of occupier requirements and access to appropriate expert professional advice to deliver regeneration that will uplift areas. Endurance often work on an integrated approach which combines project management and occupier expertise with construction and technical expertise.
