Endurance Estates identified the potential for a family friendly casual dining offer on a site they controlled as part of the St Ives Business Park.

Endurance Estates obtained planning permission for a 6,000 sq ft restaurant with manager’s flat and associated car parking on an attractive site fronting Needingworth Road. Endurance Estates coordinated the sale of the site to Marston’s restaurants who build a new restaurant within a six month period.

The restaurant provides much needed casual dining for families and business people on this busy road linking St Ives with Ely.
