Endurance Estates utilising their in-house project management and development management expertise are well placed to lead on new mixed use and regeneration schemes particularly in town centres. We work with local authorities, government bodies, educational establishments, charities and other landowners to partner and help identify the most appropriate development for an area.

We combine the depth of market knowledge and understanding of occupier requirements and access to appropriate expert professional advice to deliver regeneration that will uplift areas. Endurance often work on an integrated approach which combines project management and occupier expertise, construction and technical expertise and planning and delivery partners.

​The second phase of the Hemel regeneration project following completion of The Forum hub building is the delivery of The Gade Riverside Quarter. This will comprise over 200 residential units and a 6,000 sq ft convenience store.

​Endurance Estates acquired a mixed parade of retail units with residential flats above. A major refurbishment was carried out with RG Carter and the flats lets on an Assured Short Tenancy basis.

Endurance Estates are particularly interested in schemes where there is a requirement for a public sector office hub which combines a range of government offices together with leisure and restaurants to revitalise the evening economy. We are also interested in student and residential accommodation to encourage people to shop within the town centre.
