Endurance Estates works with predominantly private individuals with access to funds often raised from the sale of various businesses in the region who are seeking to diversify their portfolios and have direct exposure to property investment. Endurance will work with the individual and create the appropriate financial structure with a range of individual investors to co-purchase a property asset which Endurance will manage over the medium-term.

Endurance utilises its in-house financial expertise to maximise investment return and identify properties, particularly with individuals, where there are tax benefits by investing in commercial property. Individual investors provide capital of between £1 million and £10 million.
