COMMERCIAL SITE REQUIREMENTS

Endurance Estates require large industrial sites that can be either purchased or joint ventured with the landowner.  The company will seek pre letting or pre sale agreements with occupiers and retain the introducing agent through the process as appropriate.  The company is seeking vacant buildings where there is an element of part pre letting or sale and has funds to acquire land unconditionally, where a small element is already committed.  The company is seeking large regeneration opportunities.
