DEVELOPMENT SITE REQUIREMENTS

Endurance Estates require sites with potential for mixed use development e.g. a range of commercial uses or where commercial uses are mixed with residential dwellings to provide a sustainable community. City centre sites where retail development can be placed on the ground floor and residential or office development provided above to create a sustainable and efficient use of land.

Endurance Estates is seeking mixed use development opportunities for a range of different categories of use e.g. office above retail or restaurant. Alternatively residential above restaurant.
