OUR REQUIREMENTS
STRATEGIC LAND
Endurance Estates are seeking land that can be purchased unconditionally at a small premium above farmland values but with the vendor sharing in a small part of the uplift in value once planning has been obtained. Sites of between 2 and 50 acres on the edge or within the built area of major towns are ideal.
EE prefer sites that require minimal levels of infrastructure but are close to adopted highways and are not dependant on other parties development proposals to deliver. EE add strategically located sites that create the access to larger holdings or are fundamental to a larger project.
Land Promotion requirements
Endurance Estates are seeking opportunities to promote landowners holdings through the LDF process. Sites should be between 2 and 100 acres and capable of implementation without requiring a 3rd party scheme to be progressed.
Sites that front adopted roads, that have all necessary infrastructure and are within easy reach and that are not dependent on major section 106 schemes are favoured.
