Endurance are delighted to announce the sale of the former Pulse Packaging site in Saffron Walden for a high quality mixed use development comprising a new food store to Lidl, 70-bed care home to Care UK, and 49 retirement apartments to Churchill Retirement Living.
This was a complex and time-consuming scheme to pull together and achieve planning permission for, so a well deserved thank you is due to the team for all of their hard work!
