Pierre is an experienced land and property professional with over 15 years experience in strategic land promotion, acquisition and development across residential and commercial. He has a proven track record of identifying, securing and unlocking land opportunities, successfully managing projects from initial acquisition through to planning consent and disposal.
Prior to joining Endurance Estates, Pierre was Strategic Land Director at M Scott Properties where he led a portfolio of strategic land projects ranging from smaller residential developments to urban extensions. He has extensive experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, developing promotion strategies and navigating complex planning and stakeholder environments to maximise land value and deliver commercially successful outcomes.
Known for his commercial acumen, strategic thinking and collaborative approach. Pierre has built strong relationships with landowners, local authorities, consultants and development partners throughout his career.
