Planning Permission granted at Planning Committee for up to 146 new dwellings on Land south of Union Road, Stowmarket. A Site with a Draft Allocation in the emerging BMSDC Local Plan (currently at EiP), we have delivered a timely permission to support the delivery of new homes in the District.
The site was sold to Bloor Homes who will develop the scheme.
