Endurance Estates Strategic Land (EESL) with its team of in-house planners, project managers and delivery experts work with landowners to add value to sites by promoting them through the planning process. The company enters into an agreement with the landowner and organises the obtaining of planning permission, pays the costs of a professional team and then sells the land to the highest bidder once consent is granted. EESL hold public consultations on all projects to actively engage with local communities and key stakeholders from an early stage. Information on current consultations can be seen below.

On receipt of planning, EESL, alongside the landowners and their appointed representatives agree a sale strategy which will seek to maximise value for the parcel/(s) of land to be disposed of. This might include the discharge of planning conditions, such as the preparation of design codes, or the installation of infrastructure including obtaining statutory approvals to create serviced land. The ability to deliver infrastructure in addition to obtaining planning permission sets us apart from other companies who are merely focused on land promotion. Partnering with EESL is a method by which landowners can realise the highest land value from their site without tying themselves into a single house building party at an early stage.
